Tréninky/Trainings

Trainings are focused mostly on improving swimming techniques and stamina, and are always adapted to the average performance of our swimmers. Beginners, don’t be afraid! Everyone swims according to their skill – you’ll be just fine! :-)

Apart from regular weekly trainings, we often get together as a group for a swim without supervision. Some members also opt for extra individual trainings with out trainers several times per week. Additionally, we have elective weekend swimming camps a few times a year + a week long summer camp by the sea!
